Overall exceeded our expectations! Great location; close to multiple metro stations, plenty of restaurants, shops and convenience stores. Walking distance to many popular landmarks and tourist destinations. We booked the Superior Double Room (specfically the Réaumur orange room) and had plenty of space for two people. Room was very clean as well as the lobby area. Floor to ceilings windows were really nice as having good lighting is important to us (noted there are blackout & sheer curtains for privacy and light control). The toilet and sink+showers where in a different room which was interesting to us but not necessarily bad. Room also had a nespresso and small cookies that were refilled daily which was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and plenty of space for two people. Checking in and out was super easy.

I had a wonderful stay in this perfectly located hotel. The atmosphere was both cozy and chic, with impeccable cleanliness. The warm welcome made all the difference, and Elenita was truly amazing—so kind, always in a good mood, and incredibly helpful. She gave us excellent advice for our visit and made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Excellent location walking distance to different metro and bus connections and cafes, restaurants and one of the top boulangeries in Paris! Super easy check-in process with access codes. Friendly and helpful staff assisted us with storing our bags when we arrived early and left after check-out time.

We had a great stay at Casao, the communication was excellent even before our stay. Our room was ready ahead of the 3pm check in as they knew we were arriving early. The room was small but prefcetly form and all you would need for 2 people, the shower was great. The location is fantastic and nothing really is further than a 30 minute walk away. The customer service is really what sets this place apart though, on an early departure I accidentally left my purse in our room, on contacting them, it had been found and they have returned it to me in the UK at no extra charge! Would definitely come back and stay again!

Great location and amenities provided. The fact that it has a lift is an added bonus. Self check in was seamless. Walking distance to metro and some great eateries. Highly recommended!
